Rental Permit
West Haverstraw has begun registering rental properties located within the Village. This is necessary so the Village has current and correct contact information for the owners of these rental properties. Letters were sent to ALL homes in the Village. If you are the owner AND resident of your property you may discard the registration form. However, if you own and rent out your home or have rental units within your home, you must register with us. The new deadline for filing these forms is April 3, 2009.
