SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARED
The Village of West Haverstraw is declaring a snow emergency. This snow emergency begins at the start of snow and will last 24 hours. Reminder, there is NO PARKING on any Village street during a snow emergency.
Also, ALL trash collection services will be pushed back a day. Meaning, if your garbage is normally collected Monday, it will be Tuesday. If your trash is collected normally on Tuesday, it will be collected Wednesday. ALL RECYCLING will be collected on Thursday.
